Andy Sharp BA Hons, PGCE




Over 25 years experience as a University Academic, Former Business analyst & Leadership Development Police Scotland.  Andy has been a key influence on the set up and ongoing development of Glasgow Street Pastors as Trustee, Chairman and Team Leader.  Andy has experience Designing and Developing Leadership and Management programmes with Professional Accountants, Banking, and Optometry.  He has experience in consulting with Managers from IBM, M&S, JVC, Keystone International, and Glasgow Housing Association.  Andy was involved in developing Horizon Scanning capability within Police Scotland and was involved in developing a research archive for the first UK Centre for Family Enterprises.
